MAJESTIC SILVER CREEK
Construction is underway on the first and largest building in the 520-acre, Majestic Silver Creek Business Park, a joint venture with Hickman Companies, located directly on the west side of Loop 820 at Silver Creek Road. It is one of the last sizeable land holdings on the Loop that offers immediate access to multiple major on/off ramps and sits adjacent to a NAFTA Superhighway. Majestic Silver Creek Business Park will encompass 6.5 million square feet at build out and is in a preeminent position as one of the few locations on an interloop with land magnitude.
Phase I includes speculative construction of a 1.1 million-square-foot building, one of the largest in the metroplex, scheduled to deliver in Q3 2023. In addition, the pad is prepped for the adjacent 732,284-square-foot building which will significantly cut the lead time for expansion options, timely speculative construction, and build-to-suit opportunities in a gated, contiguous layout.

Majestic focused its park design, look and feel to incorporate many of the historical Silver Creek elements that have defined the land over the decades, including an original water tank that will mark the park’s front entry.
